Painting Away the Rain

“Oh rainy day, some days you make me want to paint you away!” The gray-blue sky is painted away with brilliant reds, oranges and yellows, bringing out the sunshine in my soul.  My spirits are lifted, the birds are singing, and what do you know, the clouds have parted and the sun is shining outside too!
