Morning Meditation

The air is crisp, a shadow on your breath as you breathe in the silence of the early morning air. The sun has woken up gently, no rushing, no hurrying toward a goal. Plenty of time stretching out before you to hear the peacefulness of your own thoughts. Luxurious, precious time just for you. Only you. Before the rest of the world rushes in. This is your time.  Soak it in.
